A small crew with very tidy habits
Brushline started in 2011 with one van, two painters and a rule we still follow: leave every room cleaner than we found it.
Painters first, business owners second
Co-founders Elena Ruiz and Tom Hadley met on a commercial job where speed mattered more than finish. They started Brushline to do the opposite: slower prep, sharper lines and a crew that explains what they're doing.
Today we're nine full-time painters — no subcontractors — working across Ridgefield and the surrounding towns. Most of our work comes from neighbors of past clients.

Prep is the job
Roughly half our time on any project goes into filling, sanding, caulking and masking. It's why our lines stay crisp for years.
One point of contact
Your project lead gives you the schedule, answers your texts and does the final walk-through with you.
Respect for the house
Shoe covers, floor protection, a daily vacuum and furniture put back where it lives. Kids and pets are welcome around us.
